Reservations: As a rule, reservations are accepted starting on the first day of the month, 6 months prior to the date of usage, continuing until one week before the event. Paperwork for using the All-Purpose Hall and Event Plaza, is done on the first floor, at the Akita Tourist Products Company Office.
Closed: Concert Hall-Wednesdays. Atorion is closed Jan. 1, and the fourth Sunday in February and August.
Traffic Information: From JR Akita Station 5 minute walk.
Parking Lot: Atorion South Parking Lot: 300 per hour + 100 per 30 minutes. Holds 412 cars, no large buses.
Notable Feature: Atorion boasts it's core facilities, for their convenience and high grade quality.
